Russia Ministry of Finance announced a draft list of jurisdictions, a transaction that will be heavily monitored nalogovikami. Moreover, the department is preparing an amendment that would allow Russia to impose a tax profits of subsidiaries of companies in offshore areas. Experts believe that any restrictions, as usual, can be circumvented, and the proposed incentives do not compensate for losses in the rejection of schemes with the use of offshore companies.

Last week at the Ministry of Finance of Russia was published the next version of the amendments to the Tax Code (NC), relating to transfer pricing. Now the document is agreed, and in November will be submitted to the government. According to the draft, tax will be monitored, including the price of foreign trade transactions with companies in offshore jurisdictions with low or zero tax rates, which do not provide Russia with information on its residents.
