The National Assembly of Mauritius has adopted three laws on financial services, establishing the independence of the Financial Services and liberalization international regime «Companies Global Business».

In introducing the bill in Parliament, Vice-Premier and Minister of Finance and Economic Development, Mr. Rama Sitanen said: «In soostvetstvii with our philosophy to simplify processes and procedures to remove investment barriers, facilitate the provision of services, and reach international standards in every activity that be globally competitive, we are improving and modernizing the legal system governing non-banking financial services sector. »
