Proposals to change the professional codes fall into four basic types:
Changes to bring the regulatory structure of the island in line with international regulatory standards, along with the introduction of a number of recommendations made in the report of the IMF in 2003;
Changes in order to maintain consistency between the Code of different financial sectors, as much as possible taking into account the specificity of each sector
Change to reflect changes in the industry, and
Changes to clarify the location codes.
The IMF advised the Board that he would hold the second check dzhersiyskoy regulatory and supervisory frameworks in 2008. The audit will be studied in detail the extent of compliance with professional codes, so it is important that these codes were given in order to start testing.
