The Council of Ministers of Jersey plans to toughen anti-money laundering and terrorist financing. This is especially urgent in connection with predstoyaschiey inspection of the British offshore International Monetary Fund. Thus Jersey getting ready for inspection by the International Monetary Fund (IMF) next year. Representatives of the IMF visit Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man and assess how these offshore in line with international standards to counter money laundering and terrorist financing (AML / CFT). The Council of Ministers established the Strategy for AML / CFT, which is coordinating the strategy and policy of Jersey for the prevention and detection of financial crime and terrorist financing. Group Strategy AML / CFT will also monitor the preparations for the visit of the IMF.
