Cayman banks love customers more. Cayman Islands Bankers Association (CIBA) and retail banks that jurisdiction announced the introduction of the new Banking Code. The Code is voluntary and sets standards of good banking. It explains how banking institutions, have accepted the code, and their staff should treat customers. The new code covers 16 areas, affecting the interaction between customers and banks. They include interest rates and prices, complaints and possible ways to promote the bank with the financial difficulties of the client.
